Chicken stew with button mushroom | A dish from my mom and grandma | Cooking Ah Pa 

Chicken Stew with Button Mushrooms. Something both my mom and grandma used to cook for Ah Pa when I was small. Simple but it brings back lots of memories.
Ingredients:
1 canned button mushrooms (cut into half)
1 chicken thigh, approx. 450g (cut into chunks)
Few slices of ginger
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
1 bowl of chicken stock
Seasonings:
A little bit of Shao Hsing cooking wine
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
Few drops of Ong Ky premium fish sauce
A little bit of dark soy sauce
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
Few dashes of white pepper
Few drops of fried garlic oil (or sesame oil)
