This is a 2 layer casserole so you will need enough chicken to cover the bottom of your dish and then a second layer.
You can use rotisserie chicken, boiled chicken, Whatever your favorite parts are, or even canned chicken.
put down your first layer of chicken then season with
Garlic Powder and Chili Powder to taste.
Next spread one half can of cream of chicken over the chicken.
COver the soup with corn tortillas cut into quarters.
On top of that add a layer of diced onions
Layer of Shredded Colony Jack cheese
Finally One Half cup of chicken broth.
Repeat the process for a second layer.
Top with fresh diced Tomatoes.
Cover dish with foil
Bake at 350F for 46 minutes to an hour
Remove foil about 10 minutes before removing from the oven.
