I grew up in New Jersey across the street from an Italian Grandma who would often show up at our house with a gift of an apron full of tomatoes or zucchini from her large garden or a couple quart jars of homemade tomato sauce. Papa Pasquale reminds me of my “Grandma Theresa”. Salute, Cin-cin Papa Pasquale!

@Mr. Cool I don’t have a drop of Italian blood in me. Her grandson was one of my neighborhood buddies. She treated my sister and I like grandchildren. Our neighborhood was a big family because of her!

Im livin in san diego now but I spent 20 years in NJ and was a cook in an Italian restaurant in what I was call west Paterson,,amazing food.

I made this tonight, without a doubt the best Chicken Breast I ever tasted. Truly remarkable how much flavor Prosciutto brings to the recipe. Italian cooking at its best, nobody knows how to get more flavor out of food with so little than the Italians. Thank you

I finally made this today after having it on my to-do list for 2 months and it was soooo good. The sauce was too thick so I added some water but otherwise made as written. So ooey gooey yummy with the cheese melting into the sauce plus the saltiness of the prosciutto. Just heavenly.

Pasquale, I've never heard of this recipe/dish,but going to try it,but I think I'll use thighs, my fave piece, folks I hit thumbs up before I even watch the video & I can change my vote, but never had to as Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube, I say that on all his recipes

Millions of recipe videos out there. I only want to learn from grandmothers and grandfathers, no matter what cuisine. Old-world, old-school is the only way to go. Pasquale for Italian. Vito Iacopelli (exceptional, though young) for pizza.
