I also prefer the dark meat - chicken thighs - YES! I used to make a Chocolate Zucchini Cake, but the recipe disappeared. How about that for something to make, especially since zucchini is ripening now.

I know you're a fan of the breast meat, and of course you could use it in this recipe, we use thigh because we like dark meat!
