I make different versions of this. To the batter add spices and whatever seasonal vegetables- grated carrots, finely chopped capsicum, spinach, whatever you like. If nothing is available I make it with just finely chopped onions and tomato and cilantro. Add lemon juice for added flavour. Throw in some sesame seeds if you like. You can even make it multigrain- part chickpea flour part wheat flour or millet flour. Then simply cook it like pancake on gas stove. It’s one of my go to breakfast if I can’t think of anything else or if no ingredients are there at home.
@@LULITHUSSAIN-rr1ze I can’t quite remember but I think it was 2 cups (maybe 1 & 1/2), just until the mixture is to the same consistency as in the video.
