I love how wholesome but also real as fuck this game gets. It's not for everyone but it's a fantastic time.

I love how literally every game with music producted by lena raine is automatically a masterpiece

The ability to immediately make graffiti against anyone who gives you even a little shit is far to much power for any creature to have.

Both this and Wandersong are perfect examples of a cheery game with wholesome qualities that slowly start showing that the main character has feelings of self-doubt, worthlessness and not being able to understand anything.

WAIT, THIS ENTIRE TIME I WAS LIKE "wow this music is so much like Celeste i love it" AND IT TURNS OUT LENA RAINE ALSO MADE THE MUSIC FOR THIS??? LENA IS AMMMAAAZING. Also this is now one of my favorite games of all time :D

The devs of this game made another game I think you will really like, it’s called Wandersong and it’s just as wholesome and cute!

We've all been there, fixating on something so such so that we ignored all the rest of the world, I know I definitely did. I originally followed this channel purely for the Hollow Knight content, but this video came just at the right time for me as I'm working through many of the same themes that Chicory addresses in my personal and professional life. I think that's the beauty of it, in a way - that just as the experiences of despair, impostor syndrome, and depression are intrinsically human, so is our ability to help one another through them, and surpass them on our own merits. Thank you for introducing me to this game, and for all the content. Really.

This game is a masterpiece Chicory actually seems to portray depression very well And pizza looking up to chicory the whole time is amazing, not feeling as good as her the entire time. This game is actually one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. The story is so deep for a game about painting and it’s insane how in depth it goes EDIT: Wow. The ending of them both achieving the impossible and creating new brushes, while simultaneously facing their fears and creating new opportunities is just. Wow. This game is absolute perfection. Those paintings at the start were totally a Cucumber Quest reference!! Almond, Carrot, and Parfait are all main characters, it's fun to see a cool game like this squeeze in a webcomic reference like that so soon in the game.

during the fight against the real chicory you can really feel her agony. its a real feat to be able to portray so much emotion into a boss fight. also the animations of that fight looks so sick! love it!

Fantastic game. This and Wandersong are definitely in my top 10 games of all time... goes to show a "cartoonish" game without gore or sexual content can still handle incredibly mature themes that adults will appreciate.

the actual plant, chicory, is a great plant, and has many healthy uses.
