First Malayalam movie who gave credit and respected true story people. ( Even Kaduva, real story hero was not happy. Ennum nente moideen, Kanjana did not see the movie but all manjoomal teams are happy with this film release). Kudos to actors and director.

Kanmani song set the standards for craziness in love and the very same song creates a totally different emotional feel in thr climax. It broke me tears came out. To hear Kamal sirs voice at that point literally broke me. That’s definitely the strength of writing and placement of the song.

Thank you for this interview. Despite listening to multiple accounts and knowing that Subhash had survived, I have been struggling with gaining closure. There's this intrigue, you know, about the psyche of the man who fell and the man who survived. The film brilliantly portrays the former. It's like one of those dreams where you are trying to call out for help, but you just can't let out any sound. Now knowing that it would have been such a long and drastic death, I can't stop thinking about that dream-like state of death. I'm going to repeat it here, if Guna was an invitation, Manjummel Boys is a warning. And gee, does 'Kanmani Anbodu' now feel different?
