Every young boy in Samoa who grows up in a village has to go through the same training. Because traditionally, it’s the duty of young men to cook (as they also run the plantations and go spear fishing) so the fathers teach their sons how to cook and make things in the traditional way. It’s a shameful thing for a Samoan young man not to know how to do all these things. But, it’s also how Samoan families prep their sons to be chiefs! They say that if you don’t know how to serve the family well, you’re not worthy of the chiefly title. So great servants make good chiefs. Now here lies the secret behind why they insist on doing things this way in Samoa. It’s all about leadership. Entitlement is frowned upon in the Samoan culture, in Samoa. I’d say that every young Samoan boy born abroad ought to go back to Samoa and spend two to three years in the village before they go back overseas.
Very powerful attracted performer . watched him over n over n over n over super thumbs-up Samoans chief S produce Sam-more Samoan (/Pacific way of life symbol but attractive ) keep up the good

That "What kind of wood" question was the additional point for his further joke routine. .. He came up with "Japanese use Plywood and Californian use Hollywood". .. Salute to the guy who asked that question. .. Also massive respect for Chief Sielu
I think samoan language have some similarities to malay language. Example he said “pulu” the coconut husk, it looks like “bulu” in malay language, bulu means “Fur”. The coconut husk does look like fur, anyway.
@@cjmlads i saw some video in samoa island, there are signboard written, “Koalua” its a place near river/beach, in malay they called it “Kuala”. “Kuala” in Malay, “Koalua” in Samoan.
He does numerous japanese shows in japan. Speaks fluent japanese too. AT the PCC where he works at, in Hawaii, most of his audience are from japanese. He has an awesome relationship with japanese people. They love him both in Hawaii and Japan.
I was youtubing and I know this is old but he does the same thing every time, they all do. Whether in Samoa or England it is the same thing, not one thing changes. But it just goes to show you how starved for entertainment we are.
