"Herthaka" is also the fake name she used to introduce herself to him (as female) in season 2 and again when they met in season 3. "Ai Hayasaka" (her real name) is listed as a student in the school, and they pretend that the handmaid is a different person than the student. So she can't use a name that Miyuki would know from the names of students, or a face that Chika would recognize from school.
