@D. do you think using protection is 100% successful in preventing pregnancy? Ur statement seems to suggest u do. Also ppl can hid crazy or go crazy after a breakup. I've personally seen the last 1. I agree 1 should use sense in picking a partner but they might not have planned for it to be anything past a short time. Either way they shouldn't be punished for 18yrs for a lapse in judgement. However they do have a responsibility to help raise the child for 18yrs but sometimes it goes way past the amount it actually cost to raise a child.

I was fishing and the security guard in the mall called the police on me cos I didn’t have a fishing license, well I did but my mom forgot to renew it. @@TheNyion912 California P.C. 830.10. Any uniformed peace officer shall wear a badge, nameplate, or other device which bears clearly on its face the identification number or name of the officer. Where does it say that the officers are supposed to give their names? They are only required to wear a nameplate. So Mr BAM is totally wrong about this. He always thinks he is so smart and makes himself look like a total a**hole. All he had to do was leave and the other people could have gotten some help but oh no he has to stay causing a big commotion for absolutely no reason. I hope his family is proud of what a moron he is.

Correction: not law but policy, unless there is a state stutute or city ordinance to require identification.

People could avoid visiting it by being decent parents, having real relationships/marriages and being decent people in general. He goes here because he's one of those people with problems with society and can't get his life together, doesn't have anything better to do and is unproductive. He also sucks at his law knowledge. No criminal defense attorney would encourage this behavior, whether you're "within your rights" to do something or not. It's not the people in the building that he has to worry about, it's that one similarly-crazy citizen that he's going to encounter one day while he's showing his azz in one of these buildings and I hope they whoop it good. If it has to happen 20 times out of 30 buildings, I wish it speedily. Being an ass is not a right, it's just his autistic self-entitled. They're going break his camera over his head and he'll stop this bs. Or maybe he won't. Maybe he'll be that ignorant person who goes through life having that happen at every turn. He was probably the same teenager who kept peeing on the toilet seat a dozen times per day until somebody told him to let it up.

The word "or" means either one alone is okay. Sarge stating his badge number but not his name is supported by "or". If the word "and" was used instead, he would have to show or state both his badge and name. But he folded after a while and showed his name due to the constant press from BAT. BAT is GOAT

You do? That's not what the Constitution says about the powers put into place. That's not what the First Amendment says, either. Do reference *specifically* and quote *exactly* where the Constitution or First Amendment says anything about going into state or federal buildings, harassing employees, breaking laws, arguing with the staff for no reason, arguing with law enforcement, etc. The founding fathers of this nation wouldn't be in support of him, that's for sure. Also, laws are in place for a reason. When he is asked to leave and refuses, by law in virtually every state of the USA, that is trespassing. Also, even basic 'public' retail stores and supermarkets have policies about no filming. How do you think a state or government building doesn't? Those aren't 'public' places.

@@user-tb2jy9lu3d The Supreme Court has already upheld that filming in the lobbies of government buildings is protected under free press in the first amendment. If those government employees didn't try to prohibit that protected action, Bay Area wouldn't have argued at all. Also, "public" retail stores, as you say, are not government funded(funded by tax payers) institutions. Even though they are open to the public, they are privately owned, and thusly reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason they see fit. Government buildings ARE public places and CANNOT refuse admission to the publication, unless, a crime had been committed. The ONLY harassing and law breaking was committed by the government employees. Not that either one of us could know what exactly the founding fathers might say about auditing, it's a safe bet that )(they WOULD support Bay Area for the fact that what he and other auditors like him are doing is about as American as it gets; STANDING UP AGAINST A TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT.

Always fascinated by the effect that a phone with a camera has on people. With cops, apart from the effect on their ego, also auto switches on their directives directory. With other public employess, it reduces their IQ to unmeasureable levels.

Entering a public building and requesting information and recording in areas that are legal is not a tactic. Unfortunately, once these public service employees open their mouth, that's when you have to defend yourself verbally with skill in order not to be bullied, kicked out of the building illegally, beat up and thrown in jail. People that don't have the skills/tactics are routinely deprived of their constitutional rights. Did you know the police have the right to lie? It gets pretty tough to defend yourself against that. This guy deserves are respect for his service to his country.
