Ingredients:
3 cups cooked & cooled long grain rice - [It is best to cook the rice until 3/4th done and then refrigerate it. Use the cold rice from the fridge to make the fried rice]
100gms Boneless Chicken(cut into very small pieces)
2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 small onion chopped
2-3 stalks spring onion chopped
1/2 carrot finely chopped
2-3 eggs
3 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp crushed chilli flakes
salt
pepper
