So thankful for this. I used 2 T cooking sherry 1/4c sugar 2 c chicken broth 2 lg egg whites then thickened it with the corn starch. I did my shrimp in coconut milk and put 2T butter and 1t garlic It came out so good

Made this today following recipe but without peas and carrot. Also included sliced roast duck and small slices of pak Choi, bamboo shoots and a few sliced water chestnuts. Amazing recipe but I doubt nowhere near as good as the main man that is Chef Gambo.

That shrimp has to be gloppy with the starch and overcooked from being in the pan the whole time.
