1 lb green beans cut into 3 inch pcs Sauce: 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce 2 tsp sugar Sauté green beans in oil for 3-4 mins and set aside Sauté 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp garlic and 10-15 dry red chile then add 1/2 lb ground pork. Deglaze with 2 tbsp Shioxing wine. Add the green beans and sauce. Adjust salt to taste. Serve.
