chocolate brioche sun! Super beautiful and good (sweet version) 

I put:
450 grams of flour,
2 large spoons sugar
100 grams of butter, I don’t put everything in the dough mix but I leave some for puffing
It’s pretty hard to cut the puff pastry with the chocolate spread. You can replace it with chocolate powder, it will be easier to cut!
I made a salty version of sun bread, go see it, a treat!
