Excellent video, thank you so much for sharing your mistakes and for explaining everything so well! Plus showing exactly what happens, what it looks like when something goes wrong. Everyone makes mistakes, including the professionals who seem like they never do, so there honestly is no shame in that. And we learn so much through mistakes. But if these things are never explained, the rest of us can easily become discouraged when we don't understand what went wrong while all these other bakers make it look so easy. We'll have a much better chance at success when we have an understanding of what to avoid, what to do and not to do, and why. So I really appreciate your willingness to post this great video!
