170g bread flour

3g instant dry yeast
85g egg + milk
30 g ~ water
20g unsalted butter
▷How to make
1. Measure out 70g and 30g of unsalted butter and let come to room temperature.
2. Make the cookies. Add the sugar to the softened unsalted butter and mix. Beat 1 whole egg and add 30 g of the mixture.
Sift the flour and almond pudding and add to the mixture. Add the chocolate chips just before mixing and stop mixing when the mixture is no longer powdery. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
4. Make the bread dough. Combine flour, flour, sugar, salt, and instant dry yeast.
5. Add the milk to the reserved whole egg mixture to make 85g. Add the water and mix until the mixture is powdery.
6. Knead the dough on a table until it becomes smooth. Add unsalted butter and knead until the butter is incorporated.
