Join me in making 2 different kinds of Chocolate Covered Caramel Corn! This video is all inclusive, and I even go through step by step how to make Caramel Corn, which includes the tweaks to my recipe.
Version1: Zebra Caramel Corn - Covered in white and milk chocolate, yum!
Version 2: S'More's Caramel Corn - complete with chocolate coating, mini graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and even more chocolate chunks. So good!

If you spray your measuring cups/measuring spoons with nonstick spray (Pam) before placing Karo into the cup/ spoon, it is easier to remove from the measuring cups/ spoons.

Thanks for the tip. I don’t use Pam so I don’t have it in my house. I guess my recipes account for the scant measurement.
