Ingredients (for 8 pcs of donuts):
240 gr Bread flour (high protein flour)
100 gr Cake flour (low protein flour)
50 gr Sugar
4 gr Salt
4 gr Yeast
2 Eggs + Milk = 200 gr
30 gr Unsalted butter
// Chocolate custard:
2 Egg yolks
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
30 gr Sugar
10 gr Cake flour (low protein flour)
170 gr Milk
50 gr Chocolate
* The safest way to fry donut is using low medium heat.
And it's important to keep the oil temperature stable (160°C~170°C)
Frying time depend on the heat, best way is to check the donut color become golden brown.
