I've tried many icecream recipes, but some turn out icy, others okay. This chocolate ice-cream turned out superb! So yummy & creamy! 😋My husband thought it was store-bought Amul ice-cream! What better compliment than this! 😍

Yes, you can as long as it has a similar fat content. The problem in India is that we don't get high fat content cream easily and hence this recipe.

Ohh! What a recipe this is! I followed his instructions exactly like he said and I got amazing whipped cream from fresh cream. And that chocolate mixture! What an amazing taste! U r just too good chef... first kind of this recipe but i m sure it will be fool proof... I really liked the way u have explained about the intricacies of whipped cream.... one query i have fr cake frosting which cream should we use? Dairy or non dairy? Will amul cream be good or milky mist fresh cream ? Pls do reply
