There’s no corporation that I’ve ever seen that splits the money equally because they don’t pull the same amount of weight. Think about it. Why would they pay all of the Lakers the same when you have a LeBron on your team? Some people teammates don’t practice nor do they read the playbooks. Same in music. Music industry is and always will been a shady business like all businesses but the difference is that the hip hop industry artists jerk and back stab each other for nothing compared to what the guys above them be making off of them.
