i m 24yr youngster ... mam maim waise bhune huye soyabean ur shengdana ka powder leta hoon ... milk k sath ... as my protein source... plus I m doing 1hour workout daily ... but I m confused that ... ye jo protein me le raha hoon isase mera cholestrol to nai badh jayega ... bcz .. soyabean aur falli k tel me cholestrol hota hai ... hearts patients ko tel kam krne ko kehte hai Dr .... plz give me suggestion ... bcz me whey protein lena nai chahta and bcz of its sideeffects and due to money issue

Mam mjhe pcod h or thyroid b mere periods bht irregular h Maine treatment kraya to thik tha dawai chorte h waps irregular ho gye dr.ne kha ki ovary m cysts h to m kya Kru main I m just 22 .mjhe bad m bht prblms hogi kya?? Please reply

Hello mam डायट प्लॅनस जो होते है ओ ऋतु अनुसार लेना होता है या मेरे पुराने डायट प्लॅन हर सिजन मे follow कर सकती हुं अगर ये दाले मै आपने रोज के डायट मे लेती हुं तो मुझे way protein लेनेकीं जरूरत नही पडेगी plz reply mam 👍

BMI ke hisab Sufficient protein consumption ke liye ku se kum 300 gram daal khani padegi. Aur pachani bhi padegi.
