If you are looking to cut boards you should really consider a fixed blade cutter and not a rotary trimmer. They usually have a fixed razor blade type knife and are often called board cutters or substrate cutters. The most popular manufacturers of these are Foster Keencut and Fletcher Terry.

Mago Mai Hmm, that's a tricky one since kite paper creases very easily (I'm assuming you are talking about Washi paper). Initially I thought a small stack cutter would be best. They create the cleanest cuts I have seen. However the clamp could potentially create an unwanted crease for this kind of paper. So, since we are looking at Rotary Trimmers, I would recommend: 1. However, if you lessen the amount of sheets per cut then you will get better results(for multiple cuts make sure the trimmer has a backstop so you can keep the measurements the same).
