It takes lots of intelligence and creativity and problem solving to do what you’re doing. It’s great to watch. There’s a guy who made a video of panel repair he did on a late 60‘s Mercedes 280 SEL. Reminds me of your project and definitely worth a look at his panel work it is amazing. All the best to you on your project!

I can't believe you were welding with no t shirt on, you masochist 😂😂 Although having said that, I have several t shirts with burn holes in where the spatter goes straight through, so I don't suppose it makes much difference 😆. Great progress though. 🙂👍

Hi mate, great job, get some seam sealer and run a line over the welds including the bit where the water sits, that way its future proof . 👍👍

i got a odd question. do you know roughly how much space there is between the chassis rails. Im planning abuild and wand to work out what engines i can get betweet the rails. Thanks

V8’s are not known for they’re map though.
