Cool. I’ll speak for Rob … we don’t like him. What he’s done to the game on the court and behind the scenes is hurting the league long term. The league has culpability too with the continuous marketing of him, which IMO has inflated his ego. That ego, inflated stats, constant media coverage, and power he’s holding over the Lakers, Klutch management, and the league is what Rob is referring to. That makes us not like his influence and ultimately not like him.

His stats say he’s effective but when you watch most games, his impact is negative on his teammates. They’re out of rhythm, his “saving” defensive effort and throwing hands in the air (almost insinuating his teammates did the wrong thing) isn’t the greatest display of leadership. Here’s my overall point, we can’t have it both ways and say he’s 39 years old, in year 21 and “what do you expect from him” but also say look at his stats and not say anything about his impact on winning. He’s smart. He knows how to put up stats.

While LeBron James is still capable of putting up impressive statistics, he is no longer able to consistently impact winning outcomes. His defensive effort is lacking, and he continues to monopolize the ball. LeBron is Top 10 in the league 🤡🤡🤡. He can play as long as he wants for the Lakers or any other franchise and these franchises can continue to acquiesce to his demands (both direct and cryptic). But he gotta start be honest about his abilities over the last 6-7 seasons (including the Bubble Chip). Stats do not equal ALL NBA or a top 15 player. LeBron is still valuable on the court but nowhere near what the media hype tells us. Watch the 24-25 season the media is going to change its narrative and no longer look at the Lakers as championship contenders. The media turning to honesty won’t be the reason why. They’re going to taper expectations because LeBron is in year 22, he’s about to be 40, there’s a new coach, the West is stacked, and even when he and AD played 70+ games the Lakers still struggled to make the play-in. If he was a Top 10 player with an AD all that sh!t wouldn’t matter. But believe me the media and the LeBron stans will use every excuse to explain why the Lakers are still a mediocre team.

AD clearly has the biggest impact on winning over LeBron who averages 3.5 turnovers per game which is 3rd highest this season in NBA. NO other Laker is in the top 20 in turnovers per game and LeBron also averaged 4 turnovers per game in the post season and 3.5 per game for his career. AD also has better overall stats vs LeBron. LeBron is a turnover machine.

Lebron should have taken that minutes restriction plan Darven Ham wanted to implement for him this past season. If you're trying to get the Lakers to win. I thought the Lakers played with better chemistry with Lebron off the court. Lebron is a liability on defense and is one dimensional needing the ball in his hands starting the offense. The offense should run through AD if the Lakers want a chance at winning. As far as draw goes Lebron is a draw for the fans to gawk at like look at that icon but as far as actually playing the game to win its a clown show. Once again, I wouldn't trust Rob with any good news.... However there were many times, last year and this year, where LeBron was almost a liability at times. And that can with any player, no matter how great they are.
