Kobe’s “Pout” Game 7 2006 vs. Suns that LeBron fans keep bringing up is being used without proper facts: 1. Game 6 when Kobe had 50pts the Lakers still lost.. which leads to point 2 2. Phil led Kobe to believe that their best chance to win Game 7 would be to utilize the team more than him take 30+ shots (similar to how they won games 3 & 4) 3. Games 3 & 4 that Lakers Won, Kobe did not lead the team in FGA or PTS.. hard to believe right? This is why the argument of Kobe not trusting teammates is flawed. The fact that Kobe didn’t go out Firing in game 7 of that series was because he was following the same gameplan that won them Games 3 & 4 in that series But the media will never tell you this. Only those that watched the series will know this to be true. At the end of the day they still blew a 3-1 lead but to say Kobe gave up.. is outrageous.

kobe's team with Gasol & Co. was better than lebron's team in 2007, 2018, 2015 when love & kyrie was injured, & 2014 (Wade missed 20 games due to injury & averaged 19 PPG while Bosh averaged 16 PPG. There were the only teammates that averaged more than 10 PPG for the Heat that year. Kobe had 4 teammates in double figures in 2010 (Gasol, Artest, Bynum & Lamar) .

Kobe got the best of everyone challenging them, making them play harder and giving the example. He inspired them and at games as i remember most of the times in his prime he would take only 3-6 shots in the first 2 quarters to get everyone get on rythm. He was a damn good leader.

Lebron shouldn't be getting advice from MJ or Kobe to win championships. He needs to be getting advice from Jerry West, R.C. Buford, Pat Riley, or Mitchell Kupchak if he wants to win a championship. Because LeBron has to worry about building a good team first, because Dan Gilbert will hire anybody to be GM for the Cavs.

Not sure if that works. Its not that simple He should rather ask them how to play in a system. Playing Lebron streetball is not going to cut it, because stars don´t want to become spot up shooters and Roleplayers need to understand what the system is and not have to read his mind to react to whatever Lebron james does to be blamed as being bums because they dont hit shots whenever they finally touch the ball.

Difference with Jordan is he practiced with pippen and a few others on and at his home. So playing with the same players over a course of several seasons they are able to develop chemistry and Play as a single unit, rather than guys just standing around waiting to see what LeBron does. LeBron needs to play his role as a forward and let the point guard play his and control the ball. Jus saying. LeBron brought on his loses on himself when he tries to be all positions

What’s funny about this is if Shaq stayed and they continued to win together Shaq would have gotten all of the credit and the fans and media would continue to say Shaq carried Kobe. It was time for that team to go there desperate ways. Also the year Kobe missed the playoffs he was hurt with a bad ankle sprain. Making the playoffs in the West you damn near had to win 50 games.

The biggest misconception about Phil Jackson is that he made Michael jordan better. No he did not, he made his teammates better by implementing the triangle offense. So now it was a system in place for guys to get theirs shot without relying on Jordan to get them shots. Now Jordan could concentrate on scoring and defense. LeBron needs a system where his teammates are going to get the ball in the flow of offense instead of reacting to what LeBron does. That can mess with a shooters ryhtym.

Jesse Miller Exactly. The only way this comes close to happening is if he goes to the Spurs where there is a all time great coach that has the clout to implement a system with Lebron. Right now he has crazy numbers because the ball is in his hands 90% of the time. Everything is a reaction from what Lebron does. That works if you've also got a Wade or Kyrie that doesn't need to be spoon fed... And it doesn't guarantee a win vs the Best of the West. He should go to a team with a system.

Jordan never went to 7 games so lebron has play way more final games the Jordan so yea if he was a true scorer he would of already passed mj in points. 6-24. 10 of those points came consecutively in the 4th quarter and he grabbed 15 boards. Stats rarely tell the whole story. That whole series was a physical defensive series. Everyone always brings that game up. I tell you what I'd rather be 6-24 with another championship than a triple double and another finals loss. The most truthful stat we have is wins and losses. Both are great players but neither one of them is in Jordan's universe
