this made me feel like Chris is just a normal guy, loved his honesty.

I can see why Peter is indecisive now. If that is what he has had to deal with as he grew up when he made a decision and that is his moms reaction. So over the top. It would definitely make him doubt himself. His mom needs to learn boundaries. We get that she loves her son. For Peter to develop self confidence he needs to know his parents will be there for him no matter what decision he makes. Let him make his own decisions even if it wasn't the decision you would make. That is how you learn. I also agree that he seemed to want women more who weren't so available...the thrill of the chase. Love Chris Harrison!

Reality Steve says he heard a bunch of rumors that this guy is a total player. I have to believe it. I think he chased for Madison so hard because she wouldn’t give it up to him. It’s the thrill of the chase. Madison needs to run for the hills because of Peter not because of Barb. He was never ready to get married.

I have to say Chris is possibly the most gracious, sensitive and professional host in all of reality TV.

I would be shocked and disappointed to discover that Chris Harrison isn’t as lovely and genuine as he seems...he appears to be just an all around great guy...

Peter has a clear pattern of a “conqueror/player” type: 1. He strings Victoria F. Along the entire season because he wasn’t clear if she wanted him or not then after sex and her telling him she loves him he dumps her 2. Not sure if Hannah Ann is going to show up to the final rose ceremony and then when she does he proposes to her only to dump her for his unresolved feelings for Hannah B/Madison 3. Gets dumped by Madison and leaves his engagement to his last “conquest” to capture her affections which he’s not sure he has Once he has assurance that he’s won someone’s heart and doesn’t have to fight for love he loses interest and goes to the next person to conquer. All in all this BOY is trasshhhhhh

Also, why would Barb want her son to marry someone he did not love completely. It would never last. Selfish mom. " Marry who I want you to marry not who you love or who you want to marry." She had the whole family afraid to voice their real feelings.

Barb said Madison is too religious /spiritual then says to peter that I’m talking to my God and he says to pick Hannah Ann. Barb met Madison at her vow Renewal she didn’t even mention how kind and loving Madison was towards the whole family . She said Madison showed no love and that they never met . Also madi did say in the finale that she had no hate towards the Weber and that they should keep it in the past. Barb should stop controlling peters life just like how she’s controlling her husbands by whispering in his ear at the finale to help her and say something bad in Spanish. (also that peter was sabotaged by his mom to pick hannah ann and give this a go and leave madi) Peter was seen at church the other day go look at Justin Bieber interview Called arrange marriage with Demi . Justin said he saw peter at church on Sunday . Also peter is going to same charity in Africa in May . A godly woman like Madison can bring out the best version in peter ... barb I’m only scared that he won’t go line dancing and do the Cuban sex life she wants her son to do . Also Chris harrison said that madison was late due to peter and producers wanted drama to not match the timing . Also maidson told peter she loves him before entering his parents house , but barb pushed madi away and madi got the clarity to leave peter . but since she loved peter she came back .....it's all barb's fault for interfering in a relationship . it also said that barb broke peter up from his high school relationship with a girl it's in the news,,, look how controlling barb is

What I don't understand is Barb had already met Madison she was the first one she met. They may be different but if they are in love they will make it. Barb needs to back off.

I thought Barb was a horrible mother. Hysterical over everything. She should have supported her son. It felt like it was more important she be right than anything. I loved how Chris reminded us all these people are real. They have vulnerably shared their personal lives with us on national television - that is not easy. The process of the Bachelor is so intense - one of the most important decisions of your life is put on a reality tv show with thirty people pursuing you. I do not envy Peter's position at all and can understand how insanely difficult this was for him (and would be for anyone put in this crazy situation). Were there mistakes made? Yes. But, I think any of us in a situation like this would act out of character to a degree. His family loves him so much and just want the best for him - I know I have overreacted when someone I love is going through a tough situation. I think we should all have a little more empathy and understanding for people. ps - Hannah Ann & Madison are both KWEENS. Wish them all the best

Chris Harrison is definitely a class act. He has got one of the greatest jobs in the world, he get to travel, he gets to watch these relationships progress and seeing the unpredictability of these relationships play out. GB

As a young mom in law... let me explain something! What Barb did... INEXCUSABLE!!!!!! She showed her true colors!!!!!!! You have nothing to do with who your son chooses except to raise him well and let go!!!!! And lots of prayer!!! Madison was grace under pressure. Hannah Ann was very sweet on show but we saw a diff side after... let me be clear!!!! Peter will never find true happiness until his mother grows up and finds her own life. Very sad!!!!

When Chris Harrison is uncomfortable, you know it’s bad! I felt so terrible for Peter. I know everyone feels bad for Madison and I do also but that was Peter’s mom. His own mother was treating him like trash and like a 2 year old all at the same time. Just so aggressive and terrible. That family clearly has enmeshment issues. I hope Peter moves out and can heal from that dysfunction. Peter can learn some much needed lessons from the Taylor Swift documentary. You can’t please everyone and when you try, you lose yourself.

No one seems to be saying this so I’ll risk it, and get my thick skin ready-I think Chris Harrison should NOT have gotten involved. He should have left it up to Peter to decide if he wanted to contact Madison. Peter and Hannah Ann broke up on their own, Peter could have reached out to Madison and maybe would have in time. I lost some respect for Chris Harrison and the show because while it may have been 100% a desire to help Peter, for me, Chris going to see MAdison without Peter’s knowledge felt like a show stunt. I think he caused so much more trouble for all involved ( families included) by doing that. Let love take it’s course. If Peter and Madison were meant to be together, it would have happened at some point. Maybe just not in time to save a show season. Ok, bring on the hate ( but be gentle please)

Exactly and well said, Chris🙌🏻 TBH, the history of the bachelor(ette) does not have the best statistics. So Barb should’ve just supported her son’s decision and stayed on the sideline. She was not letting up and those eyes were crazy! I hope Madison realizes sooner than later, she deserves much better and Peter is going to walk away when something better or easier comes along.

You know what? Here is my personal opinion. No one has to agree. Madison knew that the “4 times in a windmill” guy was definitely going to take his shot in the fantasy suites. In the end of the day she knew what she signed up for. Also, I had a lot of respect when I thought she walked away, yet her seeing how Peter treated Hannah A and being okay with that man is distasteful. A man of God would not act like that. A freakin men Chris. As parents we need to let our kids make their own choices and even it’s the mistake they are making.

What everyone fails to realize is that the virgin’s father told Peter that he would not give his blessing to their marriage. So they have opposition coming from both sides. Both of their parents are against this relationship. Peter does need to grow up. IMHO, he is the most immature bachelor ever. He’s not hateful; he is simply immature. He needs to grow some cojones. Additionally, putting down Peter because he lives with his parents is wrong. In the Hispanic culture, unmarried children continue to live with their parents. You also seem to be forgetting that he is a pilot so he is gone a lot of the time. Why should he waste money on an apartment or home that he’s hardly staying at because of his travels? As a grandmother of five, I would definitely tell my grandchildren how I really feel.

This may be the first wedge between Peter and his once beloved mother. She was extremely insensitive. I liked Madison right from the beginning. Hannah Ann I learned to like a lot but I think shes going to continue her modelling career which could take her who knows where. BIG MISTAKE having the camera man constantly panning to Peter's mom. Her scowly face majorly crapped out the viewers. Nobody gives a flyin fug what she thinks... it's 'The Bachelor' show... NOT 'The Bachelors Parents' show... or wait-a-minute... was that the plan all along for massive drama and a ratings explosion?... ;)

Chris was loving this outcome and he could not have set it up better. Everyone’s talking about the finale and oh those ratings! I am irritated at him. First he tells Peter that Hannah Ann might not show up for the final rose and she does. He goes to Auburn to “see how Madison is doing” and to see if she wants to come back to talk to Peter when we all know she would be invited to the finale anyway. And then there’s Barb. The cameras were all set on her in the audience and Chris just decides to ask her thoughts? Really. Please be honest. But, even with my irritation at Chris, this was so entertaining and here I am checking RU-vid for opinions. I’ll watch next season, but I’ll assume Chris is always lying. Such fun.
