We haven’t seen a 442 although that would suit the players more, stop trying to be Spain playing out from the back without a proper deep playmaker able to do it. England need runners in behind and 442 with Watkins next to Kane and Gordon and Saka wide would be more of a threat especially with Trent

4 4 2 is not dead, just needs organised press and quick passing. England lacking pace and quality passing. Kane lacks pace and goes missing too often. Midfield lacks bite. Bring back Henderson to improve the passing and pressing (England are that bad).
