Chris Perez is a guitarist, songwriter, and author. This American Guitarist was first married to Selena in 1992 after two years of dating.
Selena’s father was against their relationship and forbid her to see Chris. But the love birds couldn’t stop seeing each other as they were almost inseparable.
Going against Selena’s dad’s wish, Chris was fired from the band Selena y Los Dinos where Selena and her dad was the lead singer and the founding member of the band and Chris was the guitarist.
But Later Chris was taken back to the Band. After three years of marriage, Selena was murdered that led Chris into addiction.
After years of mourning, Chris finally got married to his second wife Vanessa Villanueva in 2001 after 2 years of dating.
Chris met his second wife, Vanessa Villanueva, through his friend John Garza, who had moved in with Chris shortly after Selena’s death to support him by making music together. Chris and Villanueva have two children - Daughter Cassie and son Noah.
