Seriously one of the best lyric lines I've EVER heard in a song. "I drink because I'm lonesome and I'm lonesome because I drink." What a PERFECT image that paints to the listener. EVERYONE can relate to that exact feeling.

The best old, ratty guitar you've ever heard. You're right, it's hardly a song . . . it's like he's just telling a story. I feel his pain, regret, heartache . . . gut-wrenching. This boy is so talented . . . guitar-player, singer, story-teller, song-writer . . . whatever you want, he'll deliver.

Chris Stapleton is simply an amazing singer,slow ballads like this just draws me in every time.Great reaction because it kinda left you speechless,which his music has a tendency to do.Btw,I also think you're hot,just saying.

This is an amazing song. He wrote this song for Tim McGraw. Now I love Tim McGraw, but if you compare the two,,hands down, Chris does it better. I don't think he ever should have given the song to Tim...I was lucky enough to see Chris Stapleton in Denver in 2016 at the Fillmore theater..My son and I got right up front , just left of center. and he blew me and all the others there away ! It doesn't matter what he sings, it's amazing. And I love your reactions..and where is Blue?

Give Vince Gill a try Go Rest High On That Mountain. Billy Ray Cyrus was a one hit wonder man if you're judging country on Billy Ray Cyrus you're missing out. New subscriber here from the USA. I'm not a huge country fan but there are some country singers that man can tear it up. Now this isn't Vince but Give a listen to Whiskey Lullaby a listen.
