My 1997 Toyota 4Runner with the 2.7 just keeps going! It’s got over 285,000 miles on it, & it still get compliments while on the road. It ends up being the parts runner for my other vehicles, & I pick up all my household needed things with it. No fuss, it always starts.
@@EnriqueReyesJrREALTOR I sold it in 1999 for a new xterra and my friend who ended buying it, wrecked it a few months later without getting hurt. Sadly, that truck only lived for 5 short years. The 2.7L was a good engine, I wonder how the new 2024 2.4L will do on the long run.
I have a Toyota Sienna for almost 8 years now amd never had any problem, not once. Changed tires, brakepads and regular oil change of course but that's about it. Love my Toyota!
The 2003 Tacomas were built in the USA, too. In the California plant where Tesla now builds their vehicles. I've got a 2006, no issues after 160K miles.
