My dear subscribingtons!
Christmas is a great time for training.
Here we have cold winter, and a good excuse to spend a lot
of time indoors with our training. I like stretching and training in the gym!
And maybe you spend this time with family,
which means it can be good to get away for a few hours.. :)
Christmas food gives extra power, and
so does the new year looming where we can recreate ourselves..
