Hello everyone thanks for tuning in again, here's a look at how things are going with my training, just another training day and I didn't plan to record anything but then I thought "Hey." why not..
Training outside most days now and happy to be out there.. I feel I haven't (yet) been able to take the handstand level as far as I wanted and dreamed of for a long long time now.. But I will keep going and make the adjustments and get the help I need to get that little bit further..
"Nobody said it was easy.."
That's definitely true for handstands but I say it can feel easy,
easy and effortless because you are just absorbed, engaged, obsessed with and in love with the activity and thus always improving.. but it can be hard at times as well.. There's a time to just go on and keep training but also a time to become aware that we can/must adjust ourself and our training so that it becomes happy, flowing and enjoyable while creating the results we want.
For me training is one part of my life but I am the happiest when I make progress and or atleast know that I'm giving training the love and attention it asks for. And deep down I want to really make it..
I will try to post more.. and be myself on here. In the meantime,
