I would like to see this, I really do. ... but we need to be cautious so that Marvel doesn't ruin this Spider-man in the rivial series as they have to others, especially the Primary/Mainstream Spider-man since Vol.6 started 2 yrs ago.

Given the reception of 97, Its basically a done deal, IMO. 90s spiderman is my definitive version for me and I only ever hear his voice for spiderman. That series is what got me and a whole generation into comics, its a no brainer that since if they actually have the cartoon rights will is still blurry then yeah they will do it.

I definitely think this show has to happen, i vividly remember watching this show when i was little, i didn't watch the full thing but i remember loving it!! I love Christopher as Spider-Man, but personally i think my two definitive voices for Spider-Man are Josh Keaton and Yuri Lowenthal, let's hope this show happens!

Yeah, Chris has always been my go-to Spidey VA too, just like Kevin Conroy will always be the definitive voice of Batman to me (RIP). Rino Romano is a close second best for me as Spidey, mainly due to the classic 2000 PS1 game though cuz I've never been a fan of the Spider-Man Unlimited show. Helps that Rino's voice was somewhat similar to Chris. And yeah, here's hoping that Spider-Man TAS does get a revival, or at least Chris will get to actually reprise the role on X-Men 97 in the "not-too-distant future", heh.

Yes! Rino Romano is an excellent Spidey VA! I loved him as Spider-Man in the 2000 PlayStation 1 game and the limited series Spider-Man Unlimited.

@@NewsToAstonish Well again, I'm not a fan of the Unlimited show itself, but yeah Rino Romano was pretty good. Glad he got a second chance at voicing Spidey in the two PS1 games (though I never played Enter Electro), plus that deleted scene in the X-Men Wolverine's Revenge game. Seems like he got dropped by Marvel though after he began voicing Bats in The Batman cartoon. I guess Marvel and DC don't like sharing the same VA, heh. He sure was lucky to be able to voice both of my favorite superheroes, though Kevin and Chris are still my most favorite VAs for Batman and Spidey.

Hey Ronnie, when X men 97 was confirmed I went to watch back the original series before the release of 97 so if Marvel animation announces Spider-Man 98 I’ll watch the original Spider-Man show before the release of Spider-Man 98.

I actually watch X-Men the animated series for the first time before the release of 97 because I wasn’t born in the 90s so I will watch Spider-Man the animated series full episodes for the first time after the announcement of 98 before the release of 98

@@moeel-deep592 Well even though his character description includes him being addressed as “they” that issue is never addressed throughout the entire series. The other X-Men address Morph as Morph, they never use the term “they” when talking about Morph.

I wanted Spider Man to say anything during his cameo out of hopes it would be CDB's voice. He already has a working relation with Disney. He's a prince for god sakes, bring him on! I felt like Across the Spiderverse should have had him cameo. My gen Z coworker was so happy to see Tobey Maguire come back, it's time for our Spider Man! (Edge of Time, doesn't count)
