And I got to wonder what it's like for a mangaka to shift to working on games (as he definitely isn't the only one, others were Tatsuya Egawa (Golden Boy) who worked on G•O•D and Koji Aihara (gag mangaka) who worked on Maka-Maka and Idea No Hi, all games from that era).

Ya no random encounters but I wouldn't say you exactly know what you're getting yourself into as there's a good amount of ambushes.
