Steak of choice ( cheap steak works great for this recipe)

Pea Salad
5-8 eggs
1/4 red onion
salt
pepper
creole seasoning
2 tbsp sweet relish
1 1/2 tsp mustard
2 cans peas ( use a good quality brand if you can for best results)
