@@commandershepard9601 - Agreed. His explanation of security clearances is wonky right from the start. An E-1 knows that: Confidential, the unauthorized disclosure of which would “cause damage to the national security” Secret, the unauthorized disclosure of which would “cause serious damage to the national security" Top Secret, the unauthorized disclosure of which would “cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security.” Those are the three categories of collateral information. Sure it gets more complicated from there but that is the baseline.
Why is Chris having this guy on?????? Now you have to start asking WHO CHRIS is?????? Why is CHRIS ASSOCIATING with this guy who is CLEARLY STILL EMPLOYED with the CIA añd his MISSION is RU-vid.
Q clearance is the equivalent of Top Secret, but limited to only the Nuclear field. Just because you have a Top Secret clearance doesn't mean you are entitled to see any Top Secret material.....there's something called Need to Know. And if you don't need to see certain classified material, you will not be allowed to see it, regardless of your classification clearance.
I believe the list is this from starting off at the highest Majestic Cosmic Luna Ultra Stellar Astral Cosmos TRAD orbit ZD-27 Top secret crypto 28-1 USAP SCI Top secret secret Confidential Restricted there is compartments inside of Compartments, a lot of sub categories an each agency more than likely has it’s different levels of compartment an sub category. it’s pretty hard to go into depth with it because they try to make it confusing an untraceable there is security with in security plus a lot agencies you hardly ever hear about unless it’s from a whistleblower usually.
"ultra" was deemed the highest level of clearance for a long time. as in MK-ULTRA "mk" being the abbreviation for the TSS or the office of technical service. this was declassified in "the search for the Manchurian candidate"
UK TS levels are similarly compartmentalised. UK uses STRAP 1, 2, 3 (3 being the highest classification) to define special handling of TS material, and defo only on a need to know basis!
I've seen a few clips with this guy already, but once I saw this I knew he was fake. Yeah you'll get a different version of this stuff from different people but this guy is way off on key points.
Actually...Andrew Bustamonte is a VERY well known CIA spy/from the Agency..he goes into MUCH more in depth explainations of what he did(how they operate) and learned (in terms of CURRENT global politics) while collecting intelligence for the Agency on The Shawn Ryan(NavySeal/CIA Contractor) show RU-vid channel-which you would like if you want to hear the personal accounts of Tier1/Elite Special Forces, like Erik Prince (the blackwater founder)and so many more..
Q clearance is DoE so yes it relates to nuclear arms but not exactly the military because they're just the end user of the arms and not responsible for creating them.
Q clearance is the department of energy’s equivalent to the defense department’s top secret clearance. This guy has almost no idea what he’s talking about.
Chris, my man, I've been following you for 1 year and your improvement is exponential, so much that you inspire me and my two best friends to start a podcast in Spanish. We always liked the quality and the atmosphere that you have in the back of your house. I would like to know what camera you use, the microphone and if you use any software like riverside. Gracias amigo
The president theoretically has access to all classified information, but he would have to 1) know it exists, and 2) have enough information to ask the right questions. In this way the information is compartmentalized as a practical matter even from him.
Most classified info is already public knowledge, its the "how" and "who", the attribution of how the information was obtained and who provided it that make it potentially damaging.
That cannot be true, because the presidency holds the entirety of the authority of the executive branch, in one office. There's a reason for that -- so The People retain control over the executive branch, through elections.
My hypothesis is that Americans who having no interest in aiding foreign powers knowing stuff really doesn’t make a difference. It’s the foreign rivals and the I formation getting into THEIR hands that they are no doubt concerned about.
There is nothing above Top Secret. You can have SCI which is a caveat on top of TS but it’s not a clearance itself, just a category of information. A Q clearance is the same as a Top Secret for the DoE. If you have a TS with another agency through reciprocity you can probably get it transferred to a Q if you go to work for the DoE
Watched Lex's episode with him. When he started talking about Ukraine I was convinced he is full of shit because he couldnt possibly believe the stuff he was saying.
Q clear is DOE. The problem with asking one person about this is that they may know one or two specific aspects above a TS but thereafter, they are living in the same myth as the rest of us.
No no no. A Q clearance is the Department of Energy clearance for nuclear secrets. Above a Q is a sigma added to your Q, which grants access to the most precious weapons secrets, which you can't access with "only" a Q clearance.
Accessability and need to know is what separates the clearances, For most Top Secret information the person learning/accessing this information must be in the need to know and have the proper clearance. just about anybody who has a TS/SCI clearance usually has squeaky clean record of course things being permitted in the past because humans make mistakes obviously
Some things are done only in house which means you'll read a report and they literally will take it when you're done and they will burn it in front of another person to to have two people it's so stupid it's unbelievable and then the whole entering and exiting exiting procedure are you going to take all your clothes off put on a jumpsuit or whatever uniform they use is and that project I need to go see something that looks like a metal detector but it's not a
