How can one have two emotions at the same time ? Have anger towards someone who hurt you while practicing love and kindness towards them and forgiving them. From my experience only one of these emotions can exist at one time for a person. Either you have anger towards them or you have forgiven and moved on. If both exists then it’s hard to move on cus then you’re stuck between the two emotions.
