The aircraft is awesome at the price point without question! You should be a salesman! You sold me with facts and great attitude. etc. Never felt as though you were attempting to "sell" it. Good job at keeping it fun and light hearted. GREAT JOB! Awesome aircraft. What are the financing options???
What a wonderful new toy! Must go into this aircraft more as this really would suit NZ conditions. Was seriously looking at the TBM930 but will now do all the DD on this.
And it has the air vents out of a Ford Super Duty! But in all seriousness, this is the most amazing Airplane I have ever seen, and I need to find a way to get one. "It's like cheating - It is cheating. It's Vision Jet"
Such an awesome aircraft! I have to agree with you, flying around clouds is the most beautiful, and exciting experience imaginable. I had the incredible experience of getting to do so in a Harvard T-6. I have recently started using X-Plane 11, and the SF50 was the first aircraft I flew in the simulator. If anyone at Cirrus would like a side project, any chance that you could produce a better sound pack for that aircraft? The stock sound pack is just horrific.
Erik 567 really? i had no clue cirrus was into that... funny enough their SR model is pretty much a copy and paste from a design dating back to the 70s, forgot the name and guy behind it, but man is it copy. it was even composite. i think a Chinese corp bought the only example left to produce it again, and that happened recently
i saw one of these in a residential neighborhood with a runway lol. He took off and landed a d\few times back to back and just parked it in his driveway.
I was thinking about getting this as a close support aircraft by mounting a 30 mm GAU-8/A Avenger Gatling-type cannon to fire large depleted uranium shells. Do you think it will work?
In my opinion it will be a great plane, but I am surprised by the cockpit finishing not "Cirrus standard" : too much cheap looking plastic; looks like a Toyota; the SR22 (and TBM 900) have significantly better materials (e.g. rubberized dashboard/door panels). I hope Cirrus now (that the plane is cerfitied) gets to work on it!
Please, please stop with the music. I would rather hear the plane and you discussing the techniques then music that really does not go well with the video. Thank you.
