Civic Hatch is Fully Rebuilt (Won't Start) 

Check the Grounds to the thermostat housing, and the Battery+ fuse in the engine bay. My civic was down while I replace the head gasket and replaced the heater core. I put it all together and it wouldn't start. It ended up being the Battery+ fuse blown in my case.

Good perseverance bro. I woulda gone to a multimeter to check continuity, but good to hear the manual has a more thorough troubleshooting procedure!

probably an unconnected ground terminal on the motor side. 🤔

Your not getting fuel pump so either a bad ecu or key imob , the back up fuse in the engine bay blown also check the big fuse marked ignition think it's a 40 amp engine bay also , I see you pulled a few I'm the vid. I'll list a few other things ,lock and unlock the car , still no luck take of battery for 5 mins then try again . Check if it has a airbag kill switch under the passenger side air bag behind the glove box it's usually red or black button push to reset. Check you haven't depined one of the wires on the dizzy on disassembly sometimes they pull out , but I think it ecu related , last thing or maybe do it first check cell codes , join the two pin plug at passenger foot well and read codes on the dash cel light ,let the car tell u what wrong if electrical.
