CJI DY Chandrachud stresses on need for more Securities Appellate Tribunal benches across India

Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud on Thursday stressed the need for additional benches of the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and improved infrastructure development to manage the increasing workload. The CJI delivered a speech after inaugurating the new office premises of the tribunal in Mumbai. Speaking to the large gathering, CJI said that when investors feel assured that their investments are protected by law and there are effective mechanisms for dispute resolution, they are more likely to invest in the country's markets. "This influx of investments can lead to better economic outcomes such as increased capital formation, job creation, and overall economic growth," he said. Watch the video for more!

How well understood. .however. .there is a considerably large part of the world were things are not to deplorably Cana ballistic. .as in we can give refrence. .However a refree as the fifth piller of democracy can be the new solution.

I think He was worst CJI I have ever seen with little knowledge & so many atrocities happened in his tenure - Manipur, West Bengal, CBI, ED & EC but Zero action.... But thinks he was genious...... Don't fool Public & finally get fool yourself 😂😂😂
