ऐसी ही लाइव व्यवस्था सबसे पहली अदालत Sub Divisional Judicial Court में भी शुरू हो जाए तो Hon 'ble CJI साहब मुकदमें जल्दी हल होंगे, यदि CJI Sir ऐसा कर दें तो रहती दुनियां तक उनका नाम सुनहरी अक्षरों में लिखा जाएगा 🙏🙏🙏

All chors.A part of 48% of electoral bonds are encashed by kapil sibals own party. Don't rejoice. Credit to NARENDRA MODI for insisting on electoral bonds for political donations transparency. These contributions and donations are nothing new as they existed since times immemorial. Earlier these could be done through bank cheques and digital payments to political parties under 29A of the representations of peoples Act 1951. But it was not happening, fearing exposure,instead Loads of cash in gunny sacks were the order of the day as political donations. So, to avoid this, electoral bonds were introduced.

Balls. There is nothing justice in this case. The list is released. All the political parties are involved as everyone has encashed and received the electoral bonds. Credit should go to MODI and BJP for making this political funding transparent through the electoral bonds. The electoral bonds were introduced with the concurrence of the opposition parties and the courts. Earlier these were given as cash in gunny sacks and was not traceable about the donor leave alone the recipient.

Enactment repealed as a judgement by Justice Sasidharan Nambiar dated 8th july 2011.Justice Sasidharan Nambiar was sitting in single bench of Kerala High Court. Enactment repealed was KLR Act Section 132(2)(iii).Any body can easily identify this mistake

Mr Sibbal has to be countered with questions, with that he starts searching for answers . But what I see here is the hon judges trying to convince Mr Sibbal , is there a unstated law that only the CjI will respond or ask ? Why the other hon judges remain silent . Or are they there to complete the quorum? What ever I have followed , Mr Sibbal cleverly shifts his goal post , with proper homework he can easily be tamed otherwise he will be all over !!
