Thank you! Pages like Femnique love to show them doing these without explaining the form, so you have to try your hardest to copy the body positioning exactly but they only show one camera angle😭. I now have pretty substantial low back pain.

when i don't his exercise, im not feeling it in my glutes, im feeling it in my side, over into my back. also cant figure out how to hold my core up off the floor. in addition, how do you keep your ankles together when raising the leg, it seems physically impossible
