Even as a long-time Superman fan, I have to admit that the writers really did a much better job of making Clark and Lana romantic than they did with Clark and Lois.
i would have to disagree, because the more i keep rewatching Smallville and there was romantic between Clark and Lana but it does not out weight how toxic they were.
It was the love of Lana and Clark that made me fall in love with the series, what made me follow it, until the moment they separated I lost faith in the series, that love was the most beautiful
I ADORE YOUR DESCRIPTION of the song... that is so true, the FRANCHISE SHOULD change... it is NOT set on stone, it is onyl COMICS, but comics where LOVE PREVAILS ALL THE BAD should eb the man plot... and CLANA always presented that.... no matter where lufe take them, they always find their way back and that how it should be!
This love story is kinda old world kind of love story. When love becomes sickness. They didn’t end up together not because of betrayal but because love became poison. It would have killed one of them or both.
Lana's love was so great for clark that she always sacrificed herself, also, lois had an easy path without obstacles, true love went through obstacles, barriers. They just left Clark with Lois for the comics
At the end, Lois and Clark ended up together, kinda like they had no other option... Hollywood always wants to portrait Lois as Clark's true love, but even in the comics, Clark and Lana's love is more pure, genuine and intense than Lois's... For instance, Lois fell in love with Superman before Clark Kent and she is the one marrying Lex Luthor, she's more shallow and driven by ambition and curiosity... when Lana loves Clark since they were children and that why she is the 1st to know his secret beside his parents
I believe this song first appeared in Season 5 episode 3 or 4, where green arrow takes Lois to the costume dance. Lana and Lex do the dirty for the first time also, but it plays at the end of the episode. Hoped that helped....
shida86 and you know being that you anoint lie in public defines that marriage a sham because of Lionel's stupidity even though Lana lied the fact is she did it with morals Lionel and Lex didn't which means they are responsible for the lie existing not her she just seems to be at fault remember appearances aren't everything as they are
Hollywood writers always live in fear that if they put a couple together, all the tense will drain out of the series and it will die. They can write married couples, but somehow now single couples, without destroying a show. So bringing Lana back to spoil Lois and Clark was sadly predictable. :-(
Fueron los escritores, querían que ella solo fuera amor de secundaria, que clark experimentará lo que es ser humano,su padre biológico se lo dijo, acordate
WB owns Smallville and the movies. It is the same cut. Tom's Clar lives in a different universe as said by the creaters of the show. Which is why Clark met Lex and Lois way before he did in the comics
I love your description of CLANA,,, yes, they shouldnt go by the boring and WRONG myths... CLANA is the RIGHT solution and they only proved that this myths is in a desperate need to change and allow CLANA to bloom :)
I really pity those who hate CLANA, for they not only not understood the show or the meaning of TRUE love due to blind tradional comic beliefs, but it also reflects how poor they conduct in their true lives if they cant understand the show or the characters of a FICTIONAL show, tsk tsk tsk!
@@ele_piccola_fatina4319 me too! i hate him. Do you have twitter or instagram? like we can talk more about clana and smallville haha, ive been dying to chat about smallville and clana hahaha, but its cool here, too. the hate is alive for lana unitl now. Their epic love story is so much better than the other one, it pales in comparison, they should have been the end game in smallville and in this universe or have it a diff multiverse lol
Sadly, yes. I think they screwed up royally when they brought Lana back for the 5 episodes season 8. Things were on a roll with Clark & Lois. Remember the stair scene at the wedding? Then they cooled it off completely by having Clark & Lana get back together. Made Lois look like a fill in for absent Lana. I kept thinking: "Why did they do that?!" Should have been when Clark's feelings were affirmed for Lois, where HE realized Lois was the one. Hard to believe women writers wrote that episode.
lois is a substitute for clark is confirming in all series itself as you say in the eighth season cover chapter wedding of cloeh arriving lana clark completely forgot lois, also the last season they confirmed it
They made me fall so in love with clana and took it away ... I loved them , I love clois but if clana actually had a chance and a good relationship clois wouldn't have a chance
