@@RoseMary-vs3io the idea of the comment, is to hope that he (Uthman Farooq), I presume, said all this either out of ignorance or by mistake; in which case he would publicly rectify these errors. Ahlul sunnah are not free from mistakes, as long as when truth is clarified to us, we can seek the way back to it. May Allah guide him and us all

How could the truth could have been clarified to us if they spoke in private ???? Brain, brain, brain, brain again brain, we must use it.

He has spoken to a tableeghi in a podcast and called him a big shaikh publicly, not in private. So shouldn't the laymen audience also know what is right/wrong. Privately done matters are dealt privately, likewise for the public ones.

If you mean that maybe it should have been done in private, then th response would be, whatever is said in public, is advised or refuted in public, plus it is difficult to get a hold of sheikh Uthmaan. This notion of "advise privately" is mostly said by emotional people who are influenced by ikhwanis and they keep worrying about "kuffar will use these needless arguments against us akeee", it has nothing to do with the deen, you advise privately only things that are done privately. As Shamsi said in the video, many people became confused due to the statements that have been made publically. How are you going to help people who have gotten confused other than publically clarifying and advising a clear mistake?

What is good job to you? Speaking in general like worship god ? Becuase if so even Christian’s will not have a problem with him but if he comes to call to tawheed and warn against shirk in detail and speak about how the salaf agreed that innovators should be avoided even some Muslims will not like him.

the reality is that uthmaan has clear mistakes in manhaj, especially with regards to who he cooperates, which is essentially anyone and everyone even though known to use philosophy in their dawah. very subtle unless you have a trained eye i.e you've studied basic manhaj.

Shamsi is advising him in the correct Salafi way. That Brother Uthman needs to clarify to the people why he sits with innovators. Like Shamsi stated, a Salafi gives da'wah upon clarity. It is obligatory for the Truth to be separated from Falsehood. When Uthman Farooq sits with innovators he is mixing truth and falsehood. How? Because He, apparently, is Salafi and calls to the correct aqeedah, and yet, here he is sitting with innovators and in some cases, according to some of the comments here, even praising those innovators. He needs to make his positions CLEAR. Does he support the truth in Totality - which is what is expected from a Salafi caller, or is he hiding some innovations with him. We will come to know soon in shaa Allah.

Manhaj (methodology) is the way in which we implement Islam and Emaan. The correct Manhaj is the manhaj of the Sahaabah because Allah praised them and the Prophet ﷺ commanded the Ummah to follow their manhaj.
