I've had my share of screw ups. I'm surprised I haven't gotten the "Are you ready to copy the phone number?"..... 😀. I really have no idea how you guys do it. Because you deal with so many students, I think you guys have a harder job than the Class B controllers. Keep up the great work,
Another great video. A suggestion for a video would be a review of your camera setup and how you capture the audio. I have been reviewing your older vids and have a couple of questions: How did you sort out the ADSB issue you mentioned a while back. I seem to recall you were working with Dynon with a possible antenna problem? Also, what did you do to better cool the engine to keep the temps down? You mentioned there was a fix so I am curious what it was and whether you did it. Any problems still with the temps? Keep the videos coming. Great content and scenery.
Good idea, I'll run through the setup on a separate video. Dynon couldn't figure out the ADSB issue after I sent them data, etc. When I said I was going to update the firmware they responded "You can do it, but it won't make a difference". Of course it resolved the issue...😀. The CT temps are an issue here in Phoenix from maybe May through November. Seems like 80 degrees OAT is where the temps become an issue. There is a cowling enlargement option, but I just try and reduce my taxi time and try and get some prop wash from the guy in front of me while lined up and waiting.
