Welcome back.. Today's video is a preview of a classic SnapOn toolbox that I bought for the house. Hope everyone is Healthy and Safe... Thanks for watching #snapon #toolbox #classic
Cool old box. I just inherited a few of those from my father who just passed last year. I believe they were his father’s, who worked at Springfield Armory in MA as a machinist. I’ll need to look up the dates of manufacture after I get them transferred. I like the older stuff. So much history.
First, sorry about your father... but second... very cool history. Me also like the older tools and boxes. I like how they had style and was built so well... Thanks bro.. let me know what you find
Thats a great pick up! Kinda sucks that they drilled and riveted those junky rails but im looking forward to seeing a video of the removal process and what u do with it! Should be some great content!
I’ve always liked that order Snap On double toolbox👍👍👍👍👍👍 Had that years ago then sold it.. wish I still had it,, My old box like that one only had friction sliders on the drawers BUT it worked if I keep them clean and oiled.
My 30+ year old 54in with 1 wide drawer holds my 3/8 set up is all riveted metal rails I set up 30 years ago drilling a brand new box 😂 probably looks like the new drawer they make with the adjustable dividers..well put a new liner & you will never know..how wide is it ? Nice pick up One 👍
🤣🤣 Did someone get you doing that? I'm sorry if they did. I did that a HF 5 drawer cart. It was my first cart. I did it as a joke. It's amazing how many people didn't know the difference. It was a great cart but I out grew it. Stay safe RV'in
That’s an awesome box for that. Can’t wait to see the tour when you’ve got it fixed up. Maybe do a vid on how you move it via trailer or flatbed or will your dealer bring it to your place?
A buddy of mine is helping to move in my truck. The dealer offered but my driveway is a hill and he can't make without bottoming out or use the lift gate because of length.
Nope... wasn't even 1k. But I doubt that you will see a current Husky, Masterforce, Craftsman and the like that was used in a commercial setting for 30 years in this good of shape.
