I started using zip up garment bags(in the clothes storage section at Walmart) for all my bulletin board pieces and posters several years ago. I organized them by seasons/holidays or subject. They've lasted really well and I can hang them on hooks in an out of the way place. Just grab the one you need, lay it across a table, and find what you need easily. They're super inexpensive too! Usually only $2-$5 each!

OMGGG I LOVE THIS. I'm planning on homeschooling my 2year old daughter and you gave me SOOOOO much ideas on what I can do for her. If only I could plan that many months ahead! Lol. We plan 2 weeks at a time depending on the performance of the students. I could surely plan for the next month, but if most of students have not mastered the skill or the previous lesson motivated a next skill then my preparation for the next month will be thrown off. Anyway, I love your organization pieces!

Love the organization!!!! Instead of buying so many of the monthly bins, couldn't you use a set of 3 for all of the months? Once a month is done, take supplies out and place new month stuff in? When September is over, do you just keep contents in the plastic containers for next year?
