I really appreciate your dedication to making this machine work. It’s very frustrating that there aren’t more entry level personal electrolysis machines on the market. It’s even more frustrating that people continually insist on just going to a pro electrogist or to buy a pro machine, as that’s kind of the point lol. If you have a 3D printing shop near you, it’s possible that they could print you a new cap/cover that would hold the modified probe in place.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I don't have this machine, but I'm considering getting one. If you know somebody who has a glue pistol, perhaps you could try to put a drop of glue in that hole and then the metal thingy back inside to pierce the glue drop while it was still soft. Another idea would be to put the wax of a candle in there after piercing it with the metal thingy. By metal thingy, I mean the thing in metal that holds the probe. I've found the hair tell forum thanks to you and there Andrea gives the schematics of a home made electrolysis machine. One option to replace the onetouch would be to go with the schematics to an electronics shop (where they fix phones, TVs, etc) and ask them to assemble it for you following the schematics. You talk about scabs and after reading a lot about the onetouch, I have the impression it is burning the surface of your skin, instead of just burning the follicle. Could it be that? Edit: if the bent probe (the original that you've bent) is touching your skin during the zapping, it could be the cause of the scabbing, perhaps. Thank you again for sharing!
Diana, thank you for your advice, I'll look into shops that could "fix" my machine. Wouldn't trust myself with that) Yes, scabs are definitely a consequence of burning surface of the skin. Someone rightfully suggested to first insert needle, then touch plate with salty water fingers, so it's activated only when needle is inside... It's just sometimes I get impatient and still making those mistakes))) Glad you found Hairtell interesting and informative!
Hi Diana, I haven’t done anything since. Though my belly and part of bikini areas that I treated, look pretty good. I’ll make a video and post what I’ve got so far!
Amber's Art hi! Where can you get the cheaper option of needles. I bought the Clean&easy device with the pack of needles that cost me nearly 30£ and it didn’t work ! It’s so hard to put the probe inside your skin because it bends so easily.
@@bibaaoufar6940 Hi, it probably depends on your technique. I personally didn't have that problem, so hopefully someone else will be able to advise. If I touched and bent the original C&E needle by accident, I just straightened it back... Pack of 50 Ballet needles was about $50 in total. Hope it helps.
@@lizzietaylor866 I ordered probes from this site. www.texaselectrolysissupply.com/ Note that they are not made to fit this machine, so some manipulation needed to make them fit in.
If you dont use "the old" green tip anyways, why dont you cut of the upper half (saw or dremel), then place your modified needle with the rear end into the base part from which you cut off the upper half and put both back into the device?
do you really need to inset the needle inside the holder ? what about inserting the needle (only the needle ) inside the follicle, and then bring the handle with its metal part and make it touching the needle while it is inside the follicle , i think it's all about the conductivity of electricity but im not sure, what do you think ?
It does sound logical. I'm not sure about the exact mechanics of this method... but I'd guess it should work. What I see as a challenge: The bottom part of the probe (opposite of the needle) is a thicker piece of metal. And the probe itself doesn't go too deep, I'd say 2 millimeters. So when you insert the "needle" into the follicle, you'd have a large (and heavier) portion of the probe sticking out unsupported. If you do the whole procedure by yourself, it might be challenging to keep the probe in one place and operate the machine at the same time. In general, with this whole process, I wish we had more than two hands. If you have success with this method, please let me know!
Hey, i bought this product, and wanted to test it. But it makes no noise AT the beginning, if I wanted to test it. Does it have to make a noise? I hope you understand, Iam from Germany 😊😀🙏
Yes, it has to make the noise when you touch the metal plate on the device itself. Otherwise it's fine if the noise starts when you're in the follicle.
Denise, thank you for your comment. Please let me know how it goes! Someone mentioned f3 shank it comments to other videos, but I’m unfamiliar with them. Would love to know more. And if you figure a better way of securing needle or working with this machine in general, please let me know!
I subscribed just now. I bought the machine. It is very effective but the only drawback is the lid that does not close well after using the saline solution very often, the needle that bends and the 9v battery. If the fine needle breaks and then introduce the other small one into the hole, does the current pass? I got tired of this machine and bought another.
Wonderful, are you ready to share what you know about choosing, buying, setting up, operating old blend machine? Where do we buy it, how do we know nothing is amiss? Troubleshooting if something isn’t working? Because one would need to be proficient in all those points in order to follow your advice. Not to mention the price of even old blend machine. I know there is market in Canada, bunch of different models I know nothing about and they run $500 or more.
There were two needles included when I bought my devise. When you buy online, there is usually a description where you can see everything that is included in the box.
Not sure what you mean. This kit comes with 2 needles. It is possible to use them and get the hair out. Though it's easier to overwork the follicle and get more damaged skin. Whichever needle you choose, make sure hair SLIDES out with little to no resistance and skin is healed completely before you move to your face (or any other areas you care about).
@@myelectrolysisexperience7254 but the needle of this kit is not inserting in the skin so what to do and when I touch it to the skin it does not make any noise
@@candidindeed you should insert it into a follicle, right by the hair shaft. Try using a magnifying glass, it's very easy to miss with a naked eye. Once there, touch the metal part with a wet finger (use salty water), you should hear sound then.
In the areas I already treated, results are great. I'm trying to get my hands on numbing cream. The rest of the hair on my bikini area is in places that are impossible to treat without a numbing cream. I tried several times, but can't handle more then 15 sec, which is far from enough. Will continue as soon as get Emla or it's dupe.
