what kind of sausage are you using? What type of meat?

Too much crap in the kale for my taste. I'll alter it. I'm using smoked sausage, I'm forgoing the flour paste she put in along with the fruit & nuts. And I'm using linguine. Plain & simple is best for me! Thanks for the idea, though, it's something I can build on.

fat-free feta!? Cheese without fat? Is that really true, or is it actually feta cheese which is low on fat!?

It's a good dish but use whole wheat pasta. The Mediterranean diet requires excercise to stay slim.

@forbiddenevil1 its turkey sausage, the amount of fat is negligible. If you want it vegetarian, then omit it. Watch out sausage police!

AHEM hello... sausage is healthy? since when anmial leftovers are healthy? sausages are probably of the worst foods you can get in a modern country, for real. As much as i like your videos, including sausages in a "healthy" dish simply lowers your proffesional level and discredits you in this area
