Cleaned my EGR today following the video all went well, excellent step by step video, thanks for video amazing gave me the confidence to attempt it. It wasn't too bad to be honest once I could see how to do it, it seems to have worked, just rook it for a spin and it seems back to normal, they've never been the quickest off the mark anyway.

Excellent video. As soon as we have some dry nice weather ( UK 😫),I’ll give it a go and let you know how it goes. I’m having a loss of power, and anything under 2500 revs, is painful ! I’ve actually bought a new EGR which was only £50

My trafic is turning 300k in next weeks, after searching what can go wrong with trafics looks like egr cleaning is a need soon or later so as way of preventing problems I thought of cleaning mine, not because it’s bad or whatever o have no error or symptoms but after seeing your video it’s a no for me! I always had used premium fuel on it and never had any problems with egr, even when using normal fuel I always add cebo so I guess it’s working! Cheap fuel burns bad and that’s what what happens when you trying to save money Your video is great btw straight to the point but if I can give any advice to avoid this is the quality of your fuel is way more importante than people think

Thanks for video. Best one on net. I did mine it took me a day. My egr was also badly clogged up. My advice is stuff any crevices below where your working with clothes. If you drop a bolt sods law it will disappear into engine labyrinth or crevices. Will save a lot of stress. I think next time probably would take half the time. A 10mm ratchet spanner and lots of different socket extension are necessary.

Thanks. On mine is the screw for the pipe below to the upside, works perfect from above. So Im lucky without removing the bumper.
